Getting there

Limoeiro da Concórdia is in Itu, between São Paulo and Campinas. Most international guests will arrive through São Paulo, and we will help everyone organise the final journey to the hotel.

We are still working out the details and will share more closer to the weekend, including helping to coordinate guests arriving at similar times. For now, book your flights and leave the rest with us.

Flying into Brazil

There are two sensible airports.

Viracopos International Airport (VCP), Campinas
About 45 minutes by car. Often the most convenient option if your itinerary allows it, and a far calmer airport to land in.

São Paulo/Guarulhos International Airport (GRU)
About 1 hour 45 minutes by car. Most long-haul flights land here, so this is where many of you will arrive.

The venue is roughly:

• 1h15 from São Paulo city
• 45 minutes from Campinas
• 1h45 from Guarulhos Airport

From the airport to Limoeiro

There are a few options: hiring a car, taking an Uber or sharing the journey with other guests.

If you want to explore the region before or after the weekend, a hire car gives you the most freedom. Uber works from both airports, although it is a long journey from Guarulhos.

We will also help coordinate rides between guests where we can. Once we know when everyone is arriving, we will share the plan and put people travelling at similar times in touch.
