Questions
The things people have asked us so far.
What should I wear?
Dress comfortably for a countryside summer weekend — it will be hot during the day and pleasant in the evening. More details about the dress code for Saturday night will follow.
Can I bring children?
We will share all the details with your invitation.
Will transportation be provided?
We will share transport options and help coordinate rides closer to the event. If you are driving and have space, or need a seat, let us know and we will connect people up. See the travel page for the options.
What is the weather like?
January is summertime in Brazil. Expect warm temperatures — around 25–32°C (77–90°F) — plenty of sunshine and the occasional heavy shower in the afternoon.
Do I need a visa?
It depends on your passport, and the rules change. Check the current requirements for Brazil well before you book, and again a month before you fly.
What about money and phones?
The currency is the Brazilian real (R$). Cards are accepted almost everywhere, including for taxis and small cafés, but a little cash is handy in Itu. An eSIM is the simplest way to get data on arrival.
Is there a gift list?
No. You travelling this far is the gift.
